Selling Time : We sell out time to get something out of it (outer directive)

- Mtgs/ Clubs
- School
- Commute
- Work
- Sports

Giving Time: giving time for the benefit of friendships/ relationships (other directive)
- Socializing
- Phone
- Cleaning

Spending Time: We exchange out time for something rewarding physically, mentally (inner)
- Excising
- Hobbies

Killing Time/ Passing Time: Not directed, focus on recharging our batteries, a distraction
                                              can become a horrible thing
- Netflix
- Video Games
- Hulu
- Youtube
